Please call me at 201-847-0814 to schedule your fee-based introductory collaborative divorce or divorce mediation consultation.

During our initial phone call, I’ll provide information on the various approaches to divorce—divorce mediation, collaborative divorce, and contested divorce—so you can decide which process is best for you in light of your particular circumstances.

I’ll give you an overview of the main content areas of divorce that we’ll cover as well as a description of my role, whether as a collaborative divorce attorney, divorce mediator, or family law attorney in a contested divorce.

We’ll schedule your fee-based, in-person, half-hour introductory consultation.

In a collaborative divorce, I represent one spouse as legal counsel, and can recommend other qualified collaborative divorce attorneys for the other spouse to consider. During your half-hour consultation, I’ll give you more information about the collaborative law process and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions. The consultation will help you confirm that collaborative law and my services are right for you.
